This helmet М40/NS66 (liner size – 59) DN72 was restored from the original German WW2 helmet M40 with the method of artificial aging. Photos of the original helmet in the last photo. In the penultimate photo you can see what the helmet looks like in sunlight. The wire for this helmet was found next to the helmet in the German positions. The weight of the helmet – 1600 grams
