Helmet of Wehrmacht was found on the Western outskirts of Stalingrad in a ravine at a depth of 1.5 meters. An iron cross and a wound badge were found nearby. The remains of the soldier were not found, most likely it was a pit where personal belongings were thrown Wehrmacht soldier before surrender
