Badge was found near the village Sinie Lipyagi (eng. Blue Lipyagi) in Voronezh region. This place was fighting a group of Siebert (consisting of the 57th, 68th and 323 th infantry divisions). Badge was found in a field, nearby there were different-sized cartridges. Nearby was found another of the same General Assault Badge.
